| Dr.
Kelpin has always, and will continue to, make house calls, should
the situation require this. It is almost always more beneficial
for Dr. Kelpin to attend to your needs in the office where his
ability to diagnose and treat your illness can be better accomplished
with the equipment and supplies that are located there. Decisions
will be made on an individual basis with respect to house calls.
It is also important to note that the medical services insurance
plan may not cover house calls unless certain criteria are met
and calls outside of these critieria will need to be paid for
privately.
