Dr. Kelpin offers the opportunity for a yearly complete physical examination to all patients in his Family Medical practice. A yearly, screening physical examination, for those over the age of 40 years, is considered good preventative medical care and is valuable in detecting and following illness and in encouraging wellness.

The medical services plan does not cover periodic or screening health examinations. These examinations must be paid for privately but should be covered by your extended health plans. All appropriate documentation for cost recovery can be provided by our office.

NEW PATIENTS
All new patients will be required to have a complete screening examination as a way of allowing Dr. Kelpin to comprehensively follow your past medical history and any on-going medical issues and preventative health care issues.

EXISTING PATIENTS
Current patients of Dr. Kelpin's practice, over the age of 40, are encouraged to complete such an examination yearly but the decision on this will be left up to the patient.
