| In
the fast pace of medicine today it is very difficult for Dr.
Kelpin to provide advise by telephone. It is always better to
make an appointment to see Dr. Kelpin to directly address your
health issues. Telephone
advice is limited by Dr. Kelpin's inability to examine the
patient in person and to evaluate a patient's symptoms in
the light of such an examination. Please remember that the
time Dr. Kelpin spends on the telephone will take him away
from the time he can devote to the patients who have come
to see him in the office and plays havoc with our ability
to stay on time for your visits in the office.
Our
medical office assistants can advise you as to whether or
not you will need to come into the office for a visit but
generally most problems need to be dealt with by a visit to
our office. With the flow of patients in the office it is
also unlikely that Dr. Kelpin will be able to return your
call until the end of the day at which time it may delay your
office visit until the next day if that is felt to be what
is needed.
We
have always been able to accommodate our patients in the office
in a timely manner and this continues to be the quickest route
to solving your medical problems.
